We understand that plans can change. This policy explains when an order can be cancelled and how refunds are handled.
Before dispatch
You may request cancellation while your order is still being processed and has not yet been dispatched.
After dispatch
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is generally not possible. If eligible, you may refuse delivery or initiate a return after delivery in line with our return policy.
Refunds for cancelled orders
- Approved prepaid cancellations are refunded to the original payment method.
- Refunds are usually initiated within 5-7 business days after cancellation approval.
- The time it takes for the refund to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
Orders cancelled by us
In rare situations such as stock unavailability, pricing errors, or payment verification issues, Butterfly Essentials may cancel an order. If that happens, any eligible refund will be processed in full.
