Order journey

- Our team verifies, packs, and dispatches your order within 1-2 business days.
- Tracking details are shared once the package is handed over to the courier partner.
- The courier completes delivery based on your location and local serviceability.
Delivery attempts
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt delivery again or contact you to reschedule, subject to the courier's policy.
Remote and extended service areas
Orders going to remote or extended service locations may take longer than our standard timelines. We appreciate your patience in these cases.
Incorrect address or contact details
If the delivery address, landmark, or phone number entered at checkout is incomplete or incorrect, delivery can be delayed or returned to origin. Please double-check your information before placing the order.
