- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving payment.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Estimated delivery time
- Metro cities: 2-5 business days
- Other locations: 4-8 business days
Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your location and courier partner.
4. Shipping charges
- Free shipping on all orders above Rs. 1,000.
- A flat shipping fee of Rs. 100 applies to orders below Rs. 1,000.
5. Order tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking number and courier partner details. You can track your shipment using the link provided in that communication.
6. Delays
We are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural events, or courier disruptions. However, we will do our best to keep you informed.

8. Damaged or lost orders
